5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by Stripe, which processes our payments. We do not store your card details.
6. Uploaded and Generated Media — Performer images, reference inputs, prompts, and generated videos that you submit or create through the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Check uploaded images and generated videos for prohibited or unsafe content before generation or delivery.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements. These include SeeAPI, which generates the videos and runs the content and safety checks on uploaded photos and generated videos; Stripe, which processes payments and card details (we do not store card details); and Cloudflare, which hosts the service and stores uploaded files.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Media Generation and Safety Checks

Uploaded performer images are sent to our video-generation and safety-review providers only when you request generation. Each uploaded image is checked before a video task is submitted. If an image is flagged or the safety service cannot return a reliable verdict, no video is generated.

Generated videos are checked again before they are made available to you. A video that is flagged, incompletely checked, or rejected is not displayed or delivered. These providers may temporarily process media on infrastructure outside your country. Their retention practices are governed by their own service terms.

Retention of Generated Videos

Generated videos are stored for 60 days from the time they are created. After 60 days they are deleted and can no longer be played, downloaded, or recovered. We do not keep a separate long-term copy, so please download any video you want to keep within that period.

Download links shared to a phone by QR code are signed, belong to your account only, and expire after 15 minutes. Phone upload codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once.

Retention of Uploaded Photos

Uploaded photos are used to run the content check and to generate your video. They are deleted within a period of time after processing is complete. You can ask us to delete your uploaded photos sooner by emailing support@aibeatvideo.com.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at support@aibeatvideo.com from the email address on your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
