Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

AI Beat Video is an online tool that turns a beat template and a photo you upload into a short AI-generated rap or beat performance video. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload explicit, nude, violent, or otherwise prohibited photos.

Credits and Payments

Video generation is paid for with credits. Credits are sold as one-time credit packs; there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchased credits never expire. Each render shows its credit cost before you start it, and the credits are reserved when the render is submitted. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Failed Renders and Credit Refunds

• Photo fails the content check: an uploaded photo that fails the pre-generation content check is rejected before any credits are charged. Please use a different photo and try again.
• Render fails or is not accepted: if the video provider reports that a render failed or was canceled, or never accepts the render within the processing window, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Render cannot be confirmed: if a render times out in a way where we cannot confirm whether the provider produced it, it is closed without an automatic refund and marked for review. Contact us with the task ID and we will review your credits.
• Generated video fails the safety check: once the provider has finished a render, the generation cost has been incurred. If the finished video is flagged by the content or safety check, it is not shown or delivered, and the credits are not returned.

Storage of Generated Videos

Generated videos are kept for 60 days after creation and are then permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and keeping copies of any videos you want to retain. Deleted videos cannot be restored.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing support@aibeatvideo.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
